Masuda

Born in a village in Morocco, married at 17, shortly thereafter mother of a son, a few years later she gave birth to a girl. Her existence and her development is incomprehensible to me. Now that she is standing there, her little beaten body wrapped in a lot of cloth. She smiles, bravely, and holds out. She does not think of an end. Only to bear the moment as it strikes her.
